No Phone Zone

Two days i'm wasting my time to watch + read videos n articles in oprah.com.
ok fine, i hv lots of work to be done, and at the end here i am, sitting while drinking coffee surfing about this campaign. sob sob..but at least i gain something. hehe nak sedapkan hati

So, if you see above header is the latest campaign she made.

No Phone Zone campaign

I don't know there were many people suffered because mobile phone.
I cried after listen their mother died because the driver was on the phone.
Man died in accident while smsing (juz using the recent word) his gf.
Can you imagine it?
What if this situation happen to you? Seeing ur mum in ICU and the person keep apologizing to you coz he's on the phone..MARAH tak? of course u'll be mad due to the stupid action/reason he gave, right! Please give another reason, maybe i'll accept.

Like my lec said: "today, phone become part of your body that u cannot control"
I 100% can agree with it.
Me myself also using phone while driving, but one thing i cannot do is smsing coz i cannot texting while driving. I just cannot focus on the road.
So, after this, i'll remind myself for not using mobile phone while driving.

Oprah:

"I pledge to make my car a No Phone Zone. Beginning right now, I will do my part to help put an end to distracted driving by not texting or using my phone while I am driving. I will ask other drivers I know to do the same. I pledge to make a difference."

Jom make this difference together~

Trip to Singapore: Part 3 Sentosa Island

Before we go to Sentosa Island, we stop at Takashima Mall. (actually before arab street, tp malas nak baiki balik hehe). All Branded Expensive stuffs here like LV, Prada. So, we just window shopping. Sebelum nak masuk kdai pun kena pikir 2 kali. Malu punya pasal hehe..

All shops only targeting for rich people to come. The size is much more bigger than normal channel outlets in Malaysia. Here, beg LV tu satu keperluan bukan lagi kehendak. Rata2 ramai yg pakai beg LV (walaupun bagi aku, design LV x lawa =)

The first reason we want to go Singapore, is to go Sentosa Island. Nak tunggu Universal studio bulan 12 baru siap. sedih..sob sob..

Jom layan gambar~

We go to UnderWaterWorld. All bus here is free. U just have to pay the entrance fee to Sentosa island.

The ticket $23.

Aquaria in Malaysia still the BEST! Nothing much to see here..

Then, we go to SkyRide n Luge, $ 11.

There are many activities we done there. Tp dah penat nak tulis hehe..
Only one day. Still many things left behind.

Sebelum nak tutup hal pasal Singapore ni, nak share sikit info yg dapat dari sana.

  • Kalo seorang muslim meninggal, nak menguruskan jenazah at least kena ada $1500.
  • Nak kawin kena ada min $10000
  • Kerana kekurangan tanah, kadar tahunan 'kubur' hanya terhad 10 tahun.
  • Hantaran perkahwinan mengikut background akademik perempuan. Lagi tinggi tahap pelajarannya, lagi tinggi hantaran. CTH: diploma $5000, Degree $10000

Malaysia still The Best!

Trip to Singapore: Part 2

After 40 minutes in Merlion Park, we went to Perfume Station. Here, the perfume is quite cheap compare to Malaysia. I'm not the perfume lover, so i cannot keep telling you more hehe. But, one of the students said the price is cheaper than perfume sold in Msia. Again, we forgot to take pics there. Nothing special, it just like ordinary souvenir shop.

Next, we're heading to China Town. The tour guide suggest us to buy souvenirs here as the price bargainable n cheaper.

China Town

Yan and me struggling to find souvenirs. at the end, i just buy tiny2 little souvenirs for me n my friends hehe. Cannot spend to much on buying things coz i want to spend all it out in Sentosa Island (ala2 theme park kat singapore).

Next, lunch n pray time. We went to Arab Street. Kawasan org Islam kat singapore. After pray, we all window shopping next to mosque. The place is nice and some of the souvenirs cheaper than the one in China Town. Tapi dah beli nak wat camna. dah nasib~ hehe

Gambar kat atas ni just want to show you all, car in singapore SUPERB! BMW car just like myvi in Malaysia. mana2 ja ada BMW. Keta sport mahal parking kat tepi jalan orang dah tak heran kat sana. fuh! kaya2...

Taxi pun grand. Honda Accord pun jadi taxi. Kat atas, salah satu contoh cab/taxi.

Tgh on the way pg Arab Street, we found interesting design. Looks like christmas tree but surrounded by people. The tour guide said, it is a symbol for working hard for all workers in singapore. If the worker felling stress, they look at it to gain some energy (they believe colors will help them). Macamana tak stress, kiri kanan konkrit dan mereka kekurangan warna hijau, lack of flora n fauna.

Cont. Part 3

Trip to Singapore: Part 1

Salam

As i mention before, 8 of my friends and i went to Singapore for this MiD-Sem Break. Alhamdulillah, the trip extremely fun for us. Although a bit tired, as we only sleep in bus, but we managed to go there under budget, under rm350 (Bus+Pasport+shopping+food+Ticket for Sentosa Island)

24/01/2010. 12 am sharp we depart from UIA to Gelang Patah. Gelang Patah situated in Johor, RnR stop before enter Singapore. Here, we pray n bath n breakfast. 7 am, we start our journey to Singapore.

At Gelang Patah

Breakfast provided by the PIC. Nasi Lemak Ayam Madu GH very2 delicious until we forget to take pic. sedar2 dah abis, sehingga menjilat jari. hehe

9 of us

In the BUs, we all have been remind about the rules and regulations.
  • No Chewing Gum. Fyi, in Singapore only two types of chewg gum allowed, for teeth and for smokers only. Third warning given by the police, you will be fine $300.
  • No Sharp Tools.
  • Only cross the road using yellow lines. If Not, you will be fine $300.
  • Do not litter. Fine $300.
There is so many rules in Singapore. No wonder the country is so clean.

2 Drivers, sangat sporting.
Best part when we stop for checking in Castam Singapore. We were amazed by marathon done by people who works outside/inside singapore. They running like crazy, macam takut kena tinggal bas. Tapi memang logik dek akal coz xda langsung bas awam. No pics taken as it has been prohibited to take pic in Jabatan Kastam in Msia n Singapore also.

1st stop in Merlion Park. Merlion, lambang kemegahan KoTa SinGa.

Nak enter kena regis dahulu n kena ada amount of money. Kat FB status ak tak sabar nak tgu casino coz nak tahu berapa income Singapore dpt pasni. Mesti melambung naik annual income for 2010 ni. Iskh2..makin ramai la manusia main judi. Astagfirullahalazim~
Nampak tak 3 bangunan tinggi kat gambar tu, itu kalau tak silap kena panggil 'Integrated Hotels". Tiga2 hotel, tapi hotel yang berlainan. Uniknya hotel ni, kat atas ada taman, penyambung laluan ketiga-tiga hotel.

Ni muka2 yang pegi Singapore.

Banyak lagi cerita. Sambung part 2 k.

SRC Election 09/10

21/01/2010 Election Day for all IIUM students to choose their fav candidates.

Jom layan flyers candidates for KENMS (Kuliyyah Economics and Management Science)

Hafizul Ariri Rusmani

Aziz

Syazwan

Azharul

Karimah

Satu batch. Yang aku suka pasal karimah, aktif2 dia pun, dia still bole manage her time. Buat asgnment pun bagus. Seorang yang sangat tegas dan serius. Tapi dia baik~ Lagi2 terharu masa time kami wat bbq, walaupun busy, dia still bole luangkan masa bersama kawan2 yang lain.

Azharul aku dah tau cara dia bekerja. Memang bagus. Pandai pulak tu, tutor subjek akaun tu. Bukan senang nak dipanggil oleh lecturer tuk jadi tutor akaun. Nama dia jadi sebutan masa hari election coz ada orang sebarkan fitnah Azharul-Aspirasi-BN. Walhal dia bergerak bawah PKPIM. Memang la jahat kerja siapa tu. Semoga Allah memberi hidayah kepadanya tuk tidak menyebarkan fitnah lepas ni. AMin~

Syazwan dan aziz, aku kenal masa time jadi komiti tuk Economic Fiesta. Dua2 ni boleh keja dengan baik gak. CGPA mereka semua MANTOP!

NAk undi siapa eh?
UNDI ADALAH RAHSIA~
hehe

Overall, TAHNIAH kpd:
  • Syazwan
  • Karimah
kerana memenangi kerusi KENMS tuk SRC 09/10.

ANDA MAMPU MNGUBAHNYA~

sekian.

Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia in Selangor The Best!

InsyaAllah, I will be going to Singapore with 8 of my friends.
Well, for your information, this is my first time go outside Malaysia.

There's one time i asked my mum ' mak, napa kita x penah bercuti luar negara? kawan adik ramai suda pg". Then, my mum answered "bercuti dlm malaysia pun belum abis , mau pg luar".

Now, my friends and I already in final year. So, we planned going to Singapore since from the beginning of this semester. Last year 9 of my friends were going to Sabah and stayed at my house n promenade hotel apartment. About the budget, they planned it carefully, so it will not overestimate the total overall budget. I'm very impress of my friends on how they managing their cost for this fascinating trip. But, i do think the trip still not enough as they only stayed for 5 days. Sabah has many beautiful places to go. Spend for about 2 weeks to discover it. Trust me!

For 2010 trip, we decided to go Singapore. There is offer by outside travel agency RM150 for 2 ways ticket + tourist guide provided + pasport group. The trip is only for one day. From 22/01/2010 nite until 24/01/2010 morning. We all gonna sleep in bus. I think the price it's quite cheaper than i expect. We'll gonna use Bas Persiaran on that day.

Last Saturday, all Malaysians who do not have pasport have to go to PKNS Selangor to make our pasport group. 8 am we already on the road as the place is far away from IIUM Gombak. When we reached there, we're jolted by thousand of people were waiting to do pasport also.

Wait n wait n wait for almost 3 hours, our names were called n the person who in charge at the counter SMILE and serving us as FAST as he can. Thumbs up Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia! It shows your motto "MESRA" has been practice by the workers.

See..millions of people waiting with patient~

Their faces show the true feeling after waiting for almost 3 hours
(lega~)

Seriously checking our pasport form, so there will be no problem insyaAllah..

Smile..again n again before going back to campus

(n_n)

p/s: still try managing the budget going to Singapore as the currency will be change. RM 2.49 for 1 singapore dollar.

Hati2 pada sesuatu yang MeNaRiK

Salam

Kasut aku dah koyak kat dlm coz dah 4 sem x tukar(equal to 1 year, and a half) + i only have dis shoe. Sport pun kadang2 ak guna yg ni gak. (hehe..macamana x rosak) So, i'll have to find another pair of shoes.
For me, it's better to buy a little bit 'expensive' shoes with a good quality rather than buying something cheaper but can wear only months. Coz i'm going to wear this shoes wherever i go n of course, sedia maklum ak ni agak kuat jalan + lasak. That is why kena beli yg thn lasak sikit.

Maybe some people think i'm such a high demand person, but please think again. A pair of shoes worth RM 200 + quality is good + long lasting versus a shoe worth RM 50 + quality is 50% less than expensive one + only can survive within 5 to 7 months (then u have to buy a new shoe). The price will be the same. So for the conclusion, better buy a good one. But make sure it will not burden U n U gonna wear that shoe. Jangan amalkan amalan membazir.

“Sesungguhnya orang yang membazir itu adalah saudara syaitan.” Demikian gambaran atau kedudukan orang yang membazir di sisi Allah (al-Isra’ 27)

Skrg ni baru process mencari. Survey harga. So, my choice kali ni nak beli Skechers.
Kat KLCC ada. Sampai ja dah berkenan.
Malas nak cerita. Jom layan gambar~

Macam biasa aku kuar ngan ketua emok sedunia, ainon. aku assistant dia hehe..
memain je k =)

Tiba-tiba...(masukkan sound effek guruh ckit)

Kenapa la yang lawa2 semua ada "pig skin". Apa kelebihan pig skin ni eh? Memangla saje nak memesongkan org islam. Dah la design cantik kot..hm~

Nampaknya terpaksa meneruskan pencarian kasut terbaik..

Nanti aku fed up, x pasal2 pakai yg ni..hehe
